Banyule’s Inclusive Employment Program supports local people experiencing barriers to employment.
For the 2021 Inclusive Employment Program, we are looking for 9 new employees to join us for six months in a variety of roles across Council.
You can apply for this program if you:
- Are a Banyule City Council resident, and
- Are facing barriers to suitable and meaningful employment, and
- Identify as a member of one or more of the following community groups:
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
- Culturally and linguistically diverse people
- People living with disability
- Young people (age 16-25)
Banyule City Council recognises that within these targeted community groups, people may have overlapping identities or experiences. LGBTIQ+ people, women, older adults and people impacted by the justice system who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply.
Social Impact Analyst - Working as the Social Impact Analyst in the Social Enterprise & Local Jobs Team, you will:
- Support the development and implementation of a data management system to measure and report the social impact outcomes and indicators of departments’ strategies and action plans
- Support the management of a social impact measurement database and reporting dashboard
- Analyse impact data and present recommendations to help the team make better decisions and guide continuous improvement
We are looking for:
- Tertiary Qualifications in a field related to data management systems or demonstrated relevant experience.
- Knowledge of building data management solutions and working with relevant data management software and visualisation platforms/software.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Someone who meets the Inclusive Employment Program eligibility criteria listed above
