This is an identified position for alumni of Banyule’s Inclusive Employment Program
Environment Project Officer - Working as the Environment Project Officer in the Environmental Sustainability team, you will:
- Support project management and administration tasks of biodiversity projects and initiatives, including the annual Spring Outdoors Program and the Gardens for Wildlife Program
- Identify continual improvement and evaluation opportunities to ensure the programs are achieving tangible and desirable outcomes.
- Support the day to day work of the Environment team including event management support, calendar management, research tasks and other administration.
What we are looking for:
- Tertiary Qualifications in a field related to Environmental Sustainability
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Good analytical and project management skills
- Must be an alumnus of the Inclusive Employment Program
We can offer:
- 6 month fixed-term contract till September 2021
- $64,808.64 per year salary pro-rata
